- You design and evolve our multi-agent architecture and help decide how our agents work together
- You build the eval infrastructure that makes agent behavior reliable and measurable, instead of trusting gut feeling
- You do agent and context engineering and decide what information an agent needs and when
- You ship agents to production reliably, with the guardrails and monitoring they need
- You code with high leverage. With Claude Code (or your tool of choice) you produce a lot of reliable output fast
- You work closely with the founding team, Product, and our legal experts, and proactively bring your own ideas

Your profile
- You have demonstrable experience with agent and multi-agent systems that you haven't just used, but built and shipped to production
- You have experience evaluating agentic systems and know how to turn "does this actually work?" into measurable answers
- You code with high leverage and high speed. AI-assisted development is part of your everyday work, not a gimmick
- You work with high autonomy and are comfortable solving ambiguous problems with no clear path
- You prioritize impact and full ownership of your project over rigid working hours
- You bring solid software engineering fundamentals and are confident in Python and/or TypeScript
- Deployment experience (hyperscalers and/or Kubernetes) is a plus
- You communicate confidently in English (C1). English is our company language, German is a plus
- Experience in the legal sector is a plus
